After red wine vinification, the wine remains in contact with the lees to enhance the body and sharpen the scent.
After a year it is bottled and left to rest for at least six months in bottle before release.
It has a distinctive aroma of black currant and red fruit on the palate is fruity and soft.
It combines in an excellent way with game, red meats, grilled dishes and Friuli.
