Description: Produced with red berry grapes, suitably thinned in the plant. The yield of grapes per plant is very low, this giving a high alcohol content that blends perfectly with its structure. The Tornielli Rosso is left to mature in tonneau barrels for about two years.
- Color: Intense garnet red.
- Bouquet: Persistent and ethereal, with hints of cinnamon, spices, ripe berries, jam.
- Taste: Warm and ethereal wine, with remarkable structure and balance, it has soft tannins that make the wine more harmonious. The aftertaste recurs the hints of spices and berries of the perfume, very persistent.
- Gastronomic Combinations: It goes well with red meats, wild game meat, savory / aged cheeses and fatty dishes. Excellent meditation wine.
