1. PURCHASE METHOD
By connecting to the site you can buy our products directly, viewing their technical specifications. You can add the products you prefer to your shopping cart, and if you wish to purchase them, just click the "Order" button, an operation that does not commit you to purchase. An order form will then appear in which you will need to enter your personal data, choose the payment and the shipping address. Sending confirms the purchase order. Once the order specifications and the correctness of the data entered have been confirmed, the order form will be sent to Azienda Agricola Bessich Luciano Eredi s.s.a. The same reserves the right not to proceed with the delivery, if following checks carried out, the data entered are incorrect or incomplete.
In compliance with the laws in force regarding the purchase of wines and spirits Azienda Agricola Bessich Luciano Eredi s.s.a. reserves the right not to process orders from parties other than the "consumer" and in compliance with the age limits set by law for both the purchase and delivery of wine and spirits. In particular, Azienda Agricola Bessich Luciano Eredi s.s.a. does not sell wine and spirits to persons under the age of 21 and, through the use of the 'Bessich Wines Store' Site, you guarantee, on the one hand, that you are over the age of 21 and, on the other hand, that the person who will receive the shipment from Bessich Wines Store 'will be over the age of 21.
2. TRANSPARENCY OF PRODUCT PRICES
The prices indicated for all products found in the online store are inclusive of VAT. Transport costs are highlighted in the formation of the total price of the order and vary depending on the destination of the products. 3. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Our products travel by courier, with delivery times:

- We accept minimum and multiple orders of 6 bottles (including different types of wine).
- Shipping Mainland USA: delivery in 20-30 working days
- Hawaii-Alaska Shipping: Delivery in 20-30 business days
- States not admitted to the service: UTAH - MISSISSIPI - SOUTH DAKOTA - VERMONT. NO APO BOXES
- Over orders of 48 bottles, the shipment is separated into multiple shipments.
- Taxes included.
- Change of address: € 50.00 for each change.
- After the third delivery attempt, delivery costs cannot be quantified.
- Delivery times are to be considered non-mandatory and are counted in working days.
- Delivery times do not take into account any delays due to checks made by customs officers in the USA.
The shipping service is carried out by CARGOPOOLING based in Boston.
Once the wine has been sent, the Bessich Luciano Eredi s.s.a. is not responsible for any damage or damage to the shipment. Any problem due to shipping is entirely of CARGOPOOLING.
Delivery times are subject to standard ground service and may vary due to special weather conditions.
We certify that all our imports are subject to and in strict compliance with the regulations established by the government entities that control the import of this type of product.

4. DELIVERY TIMES

6. PAYMENT
The payment of the amount corresponding to the order forwarded to Azienda Agricola Bessich Luciano Eredi s.s.a. can take place in the following ways:

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As foreseen by the Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185, relating to consumer protection in the field of distance contracts, if you are a consumer who has acted for purposes unrelated to your professional activity, you can withdraw from the purchase contract, returning to Azienda Agricola Bessich Luciano Eredi s.s.a. the goods purchased and obtaining a refund of the price paid, without additional charges or penalties at your expense. You can withdraw from the purchase within 10 working days of receipt of the product / s you purchased by following the Withdrawal procedure explained below. However, this right cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- Perishable food goods, having regard to paragraph 1 of art. 3 of the Legislative Decree n. 50/92 and having regard to paragraph 3 of art. 5 of the Legislative Decree n. 185/99;
- Goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Packaged and sealed products opened by the customer.
- The withdrawal of the goods is valid for shipments in Italy, for shipments to Europe and the USA the withdrawal is NOT possible, therefore it is excluded from any possibility of withdrawal.
WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE
In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, he must arrange for the return of the goods received at his own expense, undamaged and unused, to Azienda Agricola Bessich Luciano Eredi s.s.a., within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The return must be made by courier carriage paid. Cash on delivery or carriage forward packages will not be accepted. Bessich Luciano Eredi s.s.a. will refund, after receiving the communication in which the consumer has expressed the will to withdraw. Shipping and home delivery costs will be borne by the consumer. Condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the product and packaging.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you will also have to choose between one of the following possibilities:
• payment of a purchase voucher: which must be spent within one year of its generation, under penalty of forfeiture of the credit
• replacement of the goods

Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.
In all cases of returning the goods, the transport costs are charged to the customer.
8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Contracts governed by these General Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the execution of the contracts governed by these General Conditions, the Court of Pordenone will be competent. Pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code I declare that I have carefully read and understood these General Conditions of Sale and expressly accept the following clauses: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8.
