The production of this wine is carried out in an autoclave at a controlled temperature. Here the fermentation with the addition of the rectified concentrated must (unlike the sparkling wine for which the sugar component is represented by sugar cane) that allows to obtain a product with bubbles softer and more delicate than sparkling wine.
Bright straw-yellow in color, the aroma has a hint of fruit and flowers, the taste is crisp and soft leggeremente.
