Blend of selected grapes. Drying of the grapes and then left for five to six days, separation from the skins is fermented with the addition of selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks for ten days at a controlled temperature of 20° C.
The result is a medium-sweet wine, very full of color and marked with notes of berries.
