Blend of selected grapes. Drying of the grapes and later the must is separated from the skins and is fermented with the addition of selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks for ten days at a controlled temperature of 18° C.
The wine has a coppery color, with hints of ripe fruit, almond and acacia honey. Extremely full-flavored, the sugar content has balanced and its freshness remains high.
We recommend pairing with dessert, chocolate sweets or spicy cheeses.
