- Taste: Very structured wine, with minerality and flavor typical of white wines from the territory of friuli, the aftertaste remains spicy with hints of ripe fruit.
- Food Pairing: appetizers and fish-based dishes (shellfish, seafood), risotto with artichokes or truffles, soft cheeses (gorgonzola), Frico, white meats and goose liver.
