Product with Traminer Aromatico grapes carefully selected and thinned out in the plant at harvest.
After vinification, the wine remains in contact with the lees to enhance the body and sharpen the scent.
After about six months the wine is bottled and left to rest for at least three months in bottle before release.
From the small cluster of yellow copper red, it tastes spicy, with aromas of withered rose. Intense aroma with hints of fig jam, spices like cinnamon and ginger.
