Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc (20%-80%). Matured in French oak barrels this wine has an intense ruby red color, its delicate bouquet is that of herbs, vanilla, liquorish, and spices.
Its taste is full bodied, harmonic, and gracefully persistent
Best served with all types of Italian cold cuts, especially the ones that are leaner, as well as the ones that are cooked, strong flavored meats, including wild game.
